Who all is going to be at I-77's banquet tomorrow evening?I know Joe and his family will be there,Ill be there with my family. practicing during the offseason

Hey guys, i just recently made the switch from mx racing to dirt track racing and decided to buy a modlite. So, my problem now is finding a place to practice and try the car out during the offseason. In mx, the tracks are open for a practice almost every weekend and i was just trying to see if its anything like that? I live in south arkansas and most of the time will be traveling to i-30 to race. Any kind of input and advice will be greatly appreciated!!

As each of us struggles with the rising cost of racing, we need sometimes to be reminded just how affordable our dwarf racing really is. I got word today that a Don Ott steel block 410 WoO legal sprint car engine, race ready, bolt in and go is now $50250.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don Ott is maybe the biggest engine builder in Pa.
Now to give you another perspective on this $50250 engine. If you race it say 60 times a year for 3 years, with a freshing up every 12-15 races at...

*The 2010 schedule will have a lot of good things on it for the Mod Lite class, including at least one $1,000 to win race. The rained out $500 to win Fall Classic will be scheduled under a different name for the spring. Drivers who paid an entry fee for the Fall Classic will be automatically pre-entered for the race ran in the spring of 2010.*

OK, 16 cars showed this year. Why?? Lets here what it will take to make it better!! We spoke with Greg about making it a 1 day deal next year. I think 1 day is better, because of motel expence, missed work, etc. I would pay more more for a 1 day deal myself. Anyway, make some good post here and I assure you Greg is watching and they continue to work hard with us. I would also like to note. They paid the FULL purse even though we only had 15 to 16 cars. Thats a class act right there...

CBR 1000 pics

I have an 04 cbr 1000 that Im about to put in my dwarf, and was wondering if anyone had pics of their cbr 1000 in their car. It looks like the spline for the drive shaft sits way to high. so if you have pics of how the engine sits in there or the motor mounts I would apreciate it.
