Stars Championship North

The first race of the Stars Championship Series North will be this Sat. night at Merrittville Speedway in Thorold Ontario Canada.
Please note that the purse is $ 300.00 to win and not $ 500.00 as has been posted by others.
Our payout structure is different than the Stars Series South. It will be an $ 1850.00 purse with as I said $ 300.00 to win.

Looking for help. Wanting to move up sometime this year into either a Mod-Lite or Micro from my kart. Probably going to be a Mod-Lite since Mercer is a lot closer then the micro tracks. So who could help me out WEEKLY at Mercer until we get the hang of things? This probably won't be until MAYBE Mid-Season.

how many of you guys plan on attending the 500 to win race in canada? good people up there and will be a good way to get some practice for the biggest payout and weekend of mod lite racing for the rose webber at the end of the year team evolution. . are planning on going anyone else?let us know the race is this saterday at merritville speedway thanks todd canter team o.e.t.

Just recieved word from the speedway, the race tonight is cancelled due to imminent bad weather.
Our next official event is next weekend (May 9-10) at Brewerton and Fulton speedways.
We will also be practicing Wednesday nights from 6 till 9 at Paradise speedway in Geneva (weather permitting). The first night out last Wednesday was a good time and we welcome any modlite/dwarfcar drivers to come and hang out. It costs $15 for a driver and all others are free.

After the Mod Lites put on the best race of the season in all 4 of our divisions, we are excited to have the Mod Lites back this Friday, May 2nd for a $200 to win show. Last Friday's race saw a side by side battle for the lead for nearly the entire race distance, with James Watson making a last corner pass on Scott Morris to take the win. The 15 lap feature had 5 lead changes between 4 different drivers!
