I'm not attempting to change the modlite/dwarfcar world, but merely trying to inform those with a humble ear.
This is only a suggestion, and nothing else....
Since most racers don't want to stray from the "national sanction" set of rules, I can understand sticking to the Hoosier Soft as a clubs spec tire. 1000cc limit by 2008, use TUSA rules as is until 2008 then go to lower limit.
