			<description><![CDATA[ just a thought the desert dwarf car club in arizona has about 36 cars a night. the rules are made to create close competitve racing and it works.  I know they do have there own problems but from what I can see it must work better than most. rules can be found at desertdwarfcarclub.com  By the way this area does have two classes one street tires (desert dwarf cars) and hoosiers (az out law dwarfs). desert dwarf draw 36 and outlaws draw 15-20. 			<description><![CDATA[ Hey FAST, whoever you are,  I didn't realize Extreme Motorsports had named their standard 1070 Suzuki on carburetors  a Frankenstein Engine, its kind of a classy name.   I wonder what Crutchfield calls his.  And  thanks for the info on the other stuff in the engine.   I was going to Home Depot today to get some stuff, looks like its all in the engine. 			<description><![CDATA[ The Mods and the classics need to split but in time....The mods need to have an aggressive set of rules .... fast and spend the money...  the classic or open wheel lites should have a less expensive approach maybe a 1000cc class ..with the GSXR 1000 and the ZX10 this would still be a fast class...<br><br>Now what to do till then.....<br><br>On Asphault lets put the Mods on the harder hoosier tires with lets say a 60 duro and the classics on the goodyears with lets say a 45 or 50 duro... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I hope someone can create a good set of rules.  Then possibly that set can be adopted nation wide.  Two groups would be a great idea, what they are called is indifferent.  One group for competitive drivers and one for weekend warriors is fantastic.  Then as the warriors gain more experience and need for change they can move up to the more competitive class. It also doesn't seem fair to make the people who followed the rules, get rid of their good running engines and buy more.  One thing I totally believe, no matter who wins this battle, nothing will change as far as who is winning. If you are running an '05 GSXR, the claim could be $2900. The issue I have with motor claims in a weekly racing series is the guy that got claimed then has no motor and may miss the race next weekend.<br><br>I think stock motors (as in stock bore, stroke and electronics), Hard compound tires, and solid third links are the answer. 			<description><![CDATA[ Our group actually runs two different classes...sort of.  If there's enough cars, we run 1000 cc and lower in the heat race and bigger guys in a seperate heat.  Then, everyone runs the feature together.  We keep points on the two different classes seperately.  At the end of the year there are two champs.  Seems to work pretty well.  I noticed the World of Outlaws will have a new rival organization to compete against next year.  Maybe that's what needs to happen.  Why should TUSA be the only... ]]></description>
