The master cyl may have gone bad.
Typicaly the cyl only moves a tinny bit so a thin layer of crud build up on the bore next time you beed it you run the seal over the crud and it cuts the seal.
The fluid will by pass the seal.

Make sure the bleeders on the calipers are facing straight up even if you need to take them off and turn them straight up. I don't know how there mounted
on your car, but I had a similar problem and it was the rear calipers that were mounted flat on the top of the rear end. I turned them straight up and got air
out of both sides. The pedal was rock solid after that. Hope this helps!

I was in your spot 4 weeks ago,This is what i did.

1 install a 2 lb residual valve as close to the m/c ass possible,If your m/c is lower than your calipers.

2 If your calipers are mounted on top of your axle housing, and they are wilwoods they have air in them
you need to unbolt them turn the caliper with the bleeder up and re bleed.

3 dont forget to install a spacer between the pads so the pistons come dont out when bleeding .

Good luck Rick
