Hey FAST, whoever you are, I didn't realize Extreme Motorsports had named their standard 1070 Suzuki on carburetors a Frankenstein Engine, its kind of a classy name. I wonder what Crutchfield calls his. And thanks for the info on the other stuff in the engine. I was going to Home Depot today to get some stuff, looks like its all in the engine. I didn't need that sink in there anyway, you fool.
The 1070's and the ZX12's are the engine of choice for TUSA, and those are the rules I run by. I can only imagine who posted this trash. Who Modlite 8 Delaware, Ohio Larry Benson, Car owner |

just a thought the desert dwarf car club in arizona has about 36 cars a night. the rules are made to create close competitve racing and it works. I know they do have there own problems but from what I can see it must work better than most. rules can be found at desertdwarfcarclub.com By the way this area does have two classes one street tires (desert dwarf cars) and hoosiers (az out law dwarfs). desert dwarf draw 36 and outlaws draw 15-20. Have fun be safe

Thanks CBRXX65. Well said. I to have just finished reading through all these posts. I have been pitting on a car for the past 6 years. Last year I just
couldn't handle it any more and bought a car that I fit in and started driving. What a blast. I'm looking forward to this season. I was lapped all the
time last year and made a few mistakes but made it through the season. I have been using older carburated stock engines and having good luck at getting them to
perform at the front of the pack. It seems to me setup and driving skills are the important parts to being successful if you want to be around the front of the
pack. Too much motor creates setup & traction problems. We run street tires at my track and I tried the race tires and prefer the street. I am currently
upgrading my motors from 80's vintage to modern. I do however feel that I got into this because of price and to have fun. I would just like to see things
on an even keel. Money spent shouldn't be the reason for winning.
