WSDCRA rules are not made by one person, I believe they are voted on at the meeting they have each year. Each club that runs by WSDCRA rules gets one vote on
the rules that are on the table each year. I might be wrong but I think this is how it works. I also think frank is stilll the WSDCRA president, but Kevin
Bender took over for him as the president of the Nor-Cal club.

In any organization run under common rules, the President doesnt have a vote, only a tie breaker if needed. Monroe is the current President of WSDCA. He or any
other Board Member can give you the breakdown on the rules, or you can get them on the web @ www.dwarfworld.com and
folow the links tgo the WSDCA rule book.

FOR US C AND D STUDENTS. WHAT RULES OR RULES IS IT THAT THE "BULLY TRUCK" DOESN'T FIT INTO? AND IF IT DOESN'T FIT THE RULES WHY WOULD SOMEONE
BUILD IT SO IT DIDN'T FIT?

Here's the post by peter after his car won the WSDCA High Country Regional in Vernal last year. so they were legal last year. When was the decision made
that they weren't legal?
Wayne Simper High Plains Dwarf Car Regional Champ! What a great bunch of people! The hospitality was second to none. They served Chicken fajitas and shredded beef tacos after friday night and Barbaqued ribs and pulled pork after the main event on Saturday. Also the track was great. It is a 1/3rd mile bowl. Hard packed dirt which got black and grippy towards the end. It's hard to believe that the track is only 2 years old. By the way, Wayne Simper likes his new Bully Truck. He won the main event and the fast dash for the top 10. He Had some tough compition, such as 2 time WSDCA points champ Ryan Cotrell, Numerous WSDCA points champ Frank Monroe, Monte Morris, and other fast drivers.
