Races are not connected as special even.

Hey Charlie.... I noticed that 7-19-08 is open. I see 64 speedway is reopening, and it'd be neat to have a race up there. If not, I'm sure CAS would be
thrilled to have us.

The deal fell thru with 64 Speedway it is not going to open. The July 4 race there is canceled.
