I got a zx10r that will but has no juice to the throttle bodies or coils. Any suggestions?

there should be a black wire with a red stripe coming from ecu that needs to be hooked to the start side of solenoid if that doesn't work let me know

I got the thing to fire and run but once started it just revs and won't idle down. The idle adjustment is all the way backed off but it still revs up...
any suggestions

are the throttle arms on the throttle body all in good looking shape sometimes in these engines out of wrecked bikes stuff gets bent up a little. the reason i
ask is the same thing happened with the motor i have now.i straightened it all back out and it works fine now. good luck
