Vaughn, not to start anything but you have made it very clear that you are selling starters because you need money because your real estate went South. To me I
don't see that as a "Hobby"

Mr. Keller had better do his homework. It's never been a money thing with me. If I tried making a living selling dwarfcar starters I would have starved
long ago. I have never had any real estate business. It's been totally a hobby with me. Sometimes a little extra money but not much. When I do make a
dollar or two I spend it on new books for newbys, sponsoring this great sight and other neat things that are dwarfcar oriented. I have helped sponsor some
events around the country and I may sponsor the new organization that is coming together. Very little goes in my pocket. I am retired but the wife is still
working. We are doing quite well and don't need the money. Sooo, a hobby it is and I enjoy it very much. I have so many friends on here I can't count
them all. I feel very fortune for that. Tommy is giving me a hard time but I don't know him or know why. I'm not going to feed it anymore. It will just
keep going on and on. If I have affended him somehow I hope he can except my appoligy. Don't know what it would be but whatever. I have a right to post on
here like everyone else and I still will one in a while. I don't need to be drowned in his advertizing. Everyone knows me and my service has been very
good. As far as I know I have nothing to be sorry about. Life is good as it gets and I am quite happy and content. A few health issues maybe but I'll make

Probably the real estate you refered to Mr. Keller is the farm that we had for sale that we bought when I retired a few years again. We put a bunch of money
into it and want a lot for it and financing is hard to get these days with the market the way it is. Were looking at some property in the Galveston, Texas
area. Got 2 kids down that way. We are quite content here in Nebraska and hate to leave my friends but the ocean has attracked me since I grew up in Maine.
Guess it's not to be at least not right away. We love it here with the small town living and our horses and all. Horses and race cars and a whole bunch of
big boys toys. Got to pack another starter and ship it in the morning. Later, Vaughn

Yes Vaughn I miss interpreted that post, here are your exact words:
"Hey Ron, I want to renew my sponcership again. Need something fresh though. Please email me or have your son email me. Do to the real estate market as it is the farm is still for sale and probably will be for some time." So how ever anyone wants to interpret that it's there, right or wrong. I'm good friends with Tommy and can tell you he's a straight up guy. He's not looking to hassle anyone and I know if anyone called him up you would talk for hours and get along. He does this as a "Hobby" as well. I'm glad to see that you're moving on and that everyone has supported and stayed loyal to you. But if I were you I wouldn't be offended by simple posts because if your customers really are loyal you have no worries right? Good luck with your move to Texas and I hope all is well.... |

See the whole selling starters for me came about because I noticed Vaughn was leaving the business. I figured I would buy a few starters and take his place by dealing starters to the modlite community. I know starter man was in the business for a long time but I figured since he was leaving I would simply take his place. Vaughn, I wasn't aware that I was giving you a hard time? I have no problem with you at all and I apologize if it seemed different. I'm on here selling starters, not making much, but enough to keep inventory and help out my own racing a bit. So I'm sorry if I caused any issues and Vaughn if you would like to email me at Invaderparts@gmail.com that would be great so we can sort out all this mess and be on our way. Good morning everyone. Late getting startered. All is well. Am much relieved. Tommy has emailed me but I need to let my head clear before I mail him back.
I've been very depressed lately do to the loss of my best friend. A 40yr. racecar builder, fabber and racer. He grew in the junk yards and was a mechanic
all has life. My buddy is gone. The grieving is finally winding down and racing must go on. I will be in touch with Tommy and we'll be fine. Thanx very
