on a 1/4 mile dirt track dose anyone know about how many rpms i will gain going from 3.70 to 3.90

20 points of gear will give you about 2200 RPM on a dirt track, considering a small amount of wheelspin.

WHAT ARE"POINTS OF A GEAR"? I'VE ALWAYS USED THE "ABOUT 500 RPM DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH AVAILABLE RATIO" AND IT SEEMS TO WORK FOR ME ON
THE DIRT.

The difference between a 3.70 and a 3.90 is .20 or 20 points. |
