I have what I think is an 8 bolt datsun 510 rear and looking for gears any ratio. No markings at all on the housing, no tag, nothing so I am guessing. The
one in it is about a 3.7 from counting the rotations, but I don't know datsun gear ratios.

The gears out of the small older Datsun trucks worked great. Available in3.58, 3.73, 3.90, 4.11, and 4.38. They also came with aluminum chunks(carriers), and
will save you 15 pounds compared to the steel.
