Are there any classics out there that don't have a place to run in S. illinois, S. Indiana, Ky. or Mo.? We are trying to build interest and a field of
classics to run at a couple of small tracks in south Illinois. Our goal is to have fun first and not be ate out of house and home by the rising costs of
racing, or at least try. Both tracks love it when we show up and are interested in a special feature night of dwarfs. We don't want to take cars away from
other tracks programs but would like to offer an option. As most tracks , the more cars the more money but I don't know the exact dollar amount right now,
just trying to get a idea if there is any cars out there interested.
Any classics out there?

The word dwarf car racing or be in classified as classics ???????????? disappearing. I'm not trying to run down 10 fast mod lights showing up and
running a show but it would be better show if there's 25 dwarfs running a second slower around the track. I think if you put same money in dwarf you would
run probably close to the same speed. We are located in Texas the local track does not running dwarfs all the time have to drive couple hundred miles and
with gas prices it is hard to get a lot of cars out of the garage the clubs expect us to drive a couple hundred miles. But we had a race real close last
weekend and all those cars that are by the tracks a couple hundred miles away did not drive down here it made the smallest car count our club has ever had.
Hope that is not a sign of the times. If somebody can come up with a way for people posting to let people know what they are drive and where they
are racing it will make it a lot easier for people trying to answer questions. Not that there's that much difference between the cars but some clubs that
are not running racing compound tires and all of the fancy setups might look at things different with a 20-year-old dwarf with air cooled motor than a new mod
light with all of the fancy thanks. We have people trying to throw the same set up that Doc talks about on a dwarf with DOT tires with little short bars and
wonder why there car didn't handle. If you're having handling problems I recommend you to have a basic set up and start adjusting one thing at a time
until you work out the handling on your car with throwing complete setups and under it you will never get a good handling car.

If I would have been putting the race on you guys would've been invited. It was a lonestar club race and none of the Dallas-Fort Worth hardly came down.
Would've been great to have you guys here to could've been a good show. The track was very good. Michael &i were out there practicing the week
before. the track is Texas thunder Speedway in Killeen. Trying to get them to run us every other week next year. Good luck this weekend I believe Michael
is going down. My car setting in the garage in a ball got wrecked
