Should we be using solid motor mounts or the ones with rubber inserts. Thanks for any info.

Solid mounts for racing. Rubber mounts reduce noise and vibration in street cars.

I use 2 soilds and two rubber. It give me some minor protection in a crash, other wise you bust off motor mounts BTDT!
