I RUN 10 GUAGE, BECAUSE LIKE IN THE CASE OF AIR CLEANERS, THERE NEVER TOO BIG. I ALSO USE ONE AND ONLY ONE GROUNDING POINT AND I AT LEAST A 10 GUAGE THERE FRON
THE BATTERY AND FROM THE MOTOR AND A 12 GUAGE FROM THE BLACK BOX

So a 6 guage should be fine since it is bigger than a 10 guage?
25 8 - not sure what you mean by 220 / 221? Thanks. Fred |

YES, I ALSO, USE A TWO PRONG PLUG THAT IS A SMALLER REVSION OF THE PLUG YOU SEE ON TOW TRUCKS THAT THEY USE FOR THEIR "JUMPER CABLES". YOU CAN GET
THEM FROM GRANGER SUPPLY. THE PART NUMBERS ARE BRAD HARRISON 49010, ANDERSON 6319, GANGER STOCK NUMBER 3BY20. I LOOKED IN MY BOOK AND GANGER IS PRETTY MUCH ALL
OVER THE U.S..

Quick Battery Disconnect | ||
|
I've started using the plug ends used on golf carts as a quick battery disconnect. I think they can handle 30 amps. I got tired of trying to screw on the
8 mm nuts on the Oddessy batteries during the summer in the dark here in Florida. So far, it has worked great and can be found at an EZ-Go dealer.

25-8 was quoteing a line from the movie Mr. Mom. He was playing macho to his wifes boss, acting like he he was remodeling the house. Boss asked him, You
going to wire it 220? Mr Mom said, 220,221 whatever it takes. Us electricians use that line all the time.
