Calendar
The Calendar on that page automatically pulls in the 20 most recent events posted in this Sub-forum (Future Events). So, when someone makes a topic here, it automatically gets listed on our "Race Calendar". It uses the Topic's Title as its Title, and for the Description it uses the Topic's first Post.
To make the Calendar more effective, we need to adopt a better way of naming our threads, so please:
- include City and State in the thread title,
- include Date,
- include Event Name (race track),
- include Racing Organization
A good example of this would be:
NADCAR @ Prescott Valley Raceway in Prescott Valley Arizona May 30th 2009
This way, when we have 20 entries, one can quickly glimpse over and locate City and State, and the Date of Event.
For now, I will rename threads that don't follow this format.
Also remember to include any Organization or Track Websites to the body of your post!!
